Mike and Ward are amazing to work with, top-notch service. Flexible time-saving tools like these are critical when you are working in the non-profit sector. And it does Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn as well! I've recently bought the product and wanted some further customization. I sent a mail to customer support of Next Analytics and I got the reply within no time addressing my request. I simply love NextAnalytics, Ward in particular, for helping me understand the demystified metrics that were Greek to me. I'm impressed and so are my clients.
