Ward Yaternick, President and CTOWard founded Nextanalytics in 2003. Ward has been at the forefront of analytics technical development since 1991. A former development manager for Cognos PowerPlay, Ward founded OLAP@Work in 1997. OLAP@Work was an analytical Excel add-in which Steve Ballmer, now CEO of Microsoft Corporation, demonstrated during the launch of Office2000. Ward sold OLAP@Work to Business Objects in 2000, and was retained as VP Analytic and Reporting Products at Business Objects until 2003.
Mike Sullivan, Vice President EngineeringMike joined Nextanalytics in 2007, bringing over 25 years of technology management experience in the software and manufacturing industries. After leading the IT organizations of Entrust Inc. and Mitel Corp. at the C-level, Mike brings a real-world understanding of the challenges mid-market organizations face in the acquisition and deployment of technology. As an incessant change agent, Mike has championed the use of new technologies to solve business problems and achieve strategic objectives through a very rough decade, and brings that deep operational insight to Nextanalytics.
Jay Terrill, Vice President Business DevelopmentJay joined Nextanalytics in 2008 and is responsible for driving revenue and growth for Nextanalytics via our direct and indirect channels. Jay brings 26 years of technology industry experience to Nextanalytics. Working with technology vendors since 1985, Jay has been instrumental in winning government and commercial enterprise accounts for business intelligence vendors including OLAP@Work, Business Objects and Cognos. Jay also developed and managed the Small-to-Medium-Business Partner Sales Channel at Business Objects and at Cognos. In addition to his sales roles, Jay has a strong background delivering results in Technical Support, Training, Product and Project Management roles at GeoVision, and Technical Presales and Process Consulting at Hewlett Packard.
