The numeric range of each row was divided into ten evenly sized buckets. Then each value was given a score from one to ten depending on which bucket it fell into. The page shows where each number falls. The color coding assigns green to the higher scores and moves to red as the scores fall. This gives a visual indication of what kind of year each person has had. The more green, the better. Also, if it ends up as mostly green from having been red, then that means they improved.
